Lift strives to prepare coffee with transparency and sustainability. We source our coffees through many avenues, in some cases working directly with a farmer or producer or, more frequently working with state side importers who source quality coffee while preserving the supply chain. Our coffee is roasted with a simple philosophy: roast should not stand in the way of the coffee but should bring out the coffees’ terroir and the farmers’ intentions. Serving coffee is about precision and people; we hope to curate an experience that goes beyond the cup and leads to the growth of the community.
